You are one who identifies a needful voice in the midst of noisy crowd. When Bartimaeus a blind man since birth cried out to You, You heard his voice despite the noisy surrounding. You are so loving that nothing gets in between You and the cries of Your chosen ones.
Despite the rebukes and threats that he received warning him to be quite, he knew You are a personal God who encounters at an individual level. It was not his will to remain blind and a begger for the rest of his years, but he wanted to see.
At this particular moment l cry aloud to You for l need Your intervention. I don’t want to remain unemployed for the rest of my years, l don’t want to always walk back home in a family of violence and unpeaceful situations, l don’t want to remain in medication for long. Though at times there are some voices that try to discourage and disorient me from crying out aloud for Your intervention.
Listen to me, approach me, come to where l am stranded, come and raise me from the infirmities that have dwelt in me since birth, come and wipe out generational curses, the spirit of losing opportunities, come clear any emptiness that dwells in me, relieve me all unnecessary burdens that hang on my shoulders, make me free and let me rejoice like You did to Bartimaeus.
IN JESUS NAME.
