is this causing a rift in your daily schedule? Are you using protection – condoms? Hope you get more in tune with your body. Honestly, I recommend setting up an appointment with your doctor so that they can set you up with a therapist. All you have to tell your doctor is that these sensations are disrupting your life somehow and that you would prefer that you have someone to help you manage these thoughts/feelings/sensations.
