How do I overcome anger and bitterness? It’s taking a toll on me. I find myself get angry for no reason.
By praying.i once had that issue for Yrs but my grandma told me to go to church and cry to God for my heart to heal.n when I left everything in the hands of God.my life changed.i can tell you no person can heal bitterness or anger not even anything material.its God.just seek him

But this was not the first time Moses sinned, he had also killed a man bkz of anger
Meditate. Search for meditation videos on YouTube for bitterness, anger, dealing with difficult emotions, it will help you. Prayer will suffice but you need to look deep within yourself for answers. Good luck
