How do you guys manage your stress. I think am depressed and it’s taking a toll of me!! My childhood best friend and neighbor killed himself last year, now I feel what he must have been going through. I just need to talk to someone. Admin, please. Can I talk to someone? Anyone?

I have had episodes of clinical depression in the past and I know it’s not the same in different people, but from my experience and others that I know. (friends mostly) it’s always worth it to hold on until it’s over. You’re never the same.
I know I can’t convince you of a day coming that someone will ask you how you are and for the first time in a long time you will say I’m good and mean it.

Never give up,pray pray and pray more ,my current sitiuation bt we have to pray though it is not easy ,mpaka smtyms tunaona mungu amekawai

Don’t you focus soo much on the things which pushes you to stress,, instead tune see that which makes you happy

Try to relax your mind,do things that make u happy,have friends who are positive about life, stressay lead into depression do avoid reaching that stage,if you want to go through therapy lesson drnd me your no,I take u through that therspg,have Don guidance and counselling

Reading bible, story of job,he lose a relationship, money,and wealth, but he never look back at that difficult time he continued worshipped Jehovah.

Go to experts for cancelling sessions they will help yu to overcome ,since they will help you with ideas but yu to decide on those measures you will be given but here on online some may not give yu what yu wanted

2.Avoid these pple tat talk against u
3Dont be alone bt at least talk to ur gud frnd as u seek guidance and support.
4. Be prayerful and have faith as well as hope to God

**Avoiding that which triggers the stress
**Listen to your favourite music possibly
**Ensure u take enough water per day
**Exercise n take fruits in plenty if possible
**Speak out,remember a problem shared is halfway solved
**Above all check your spiritual connection with thy maker **God**
