I have a friend who tricked me into a business deal n I loaned him money January this year but had never refunded he doesn’t pick my calls or even text… recently I called with another number he picked I introduced myself and hearing is me he told me niende Kwa polisie hata nilipa…
Is this not theft?
Inthat situation what’s the best way to deal with such friend?

I have MPESA transaction n even voice notes n our chats too….
