I used to steal money from our parents and my younger brother would take the blame.

I took advantage of the fact that my bro used to steal alot and was a known thief by our parents. There was this time i stole 1000bob which was alot of money back then and he got the roughest beating from both my parents and was then taken to the police station.

I felt so guilty but couldn’t say a thing because i feared the wrath of my parents. I am firstborn and they knew i was innocent especially because am the only female child. I used that money purely to buy stuff to eat like chips, fish and bhajia, i never used it to buy anything that would make them suspect me.

I did that for a while then stopped, guess ni utoto mwingi which was disturbing me. I finished my studies, i have a well paying job now and last month i bought him a brand new Rav4 since he loves cars. I never told him why but the main reason is because of the many sufferings he went through in his childhood because of me.

i will never tell him face to face but i hope he reads this confession one day.
