Kimani Mbugua’s story has touched me alot and I strongly relate.

Being bipolar is a nightmare I am starting to believe I’ll never escape. I feel like I’m losing my mind one minute and then the next I’m in control of myself.

I’m such a f*****g mess, I don’t know why my wife puts up with me or when she’s finally going to have enough. I have an appointment tomorrow I’m going to have to start over with my meds or something.

Sorry for the rant guys I’m just feeling so alone and depressed.
