Confession #848

#848 285

My husband died early last year living me with two boys.I had no money to clear his hospital bills so it forced me to look for an alternative.I therefore decided to ask for someone to help me clear his hospital bills then settle it later by giving him apiece of land. But to my surprise I came to realize that he went as far as stealing my husband’s signature and the title deed is out.Have not done the succession yet . Should I surrender or follow the right procedure to handover the land? since the measurements that we agreed on isn’t what was taken?

You relied on him very much to an extent of being you second hubby and you gave him your husband papers that is where he knew how to pauch your hubby signature….I’m a widow and every thing of my hubby I have it and can’t disclose it to someone in the name of he is helping me…does your hubby not having close family friend who could have done all this ? I tell you , you are not lucky…if that man has money, you would take him anywhere you will be the looser.you don’t deal with such things by your own without evidence.

First make a statement to police within your jurisdictions. Second go to land registrar with death certificate with you and be given the rights to put caveat from there go for a survey and finally to court. Did he gave you the value of money the land can cost? If yes you can seek chief and go for amicable settling but if no go thru the first av started with

Matters with land are so sensitive to do with life and death it’s a heritage.follow due process to reclaim your land, call community elders to report then follow it up with the agreement you agreed upon selling for you’re not safe ahead
