When I am alone I get these panic attacks as a result of experiencing my own existence, call it extreme fear of myself. During these panic attacks, I can scream hit myself in the head hard and run around all in an effort to forget myself.
When in the company of people this rarely happens. No one knows about this as I’m afraid of being branded a madman. Has anyone ever experienced this and what’s its cure?
Teach yourself to meditate. Join a gym if you can. It helps. It works. But meditation is king. Study it slowly at a pace you can understand and process and then you'll be fine. Read non-fiction book and ancient writings like 'ascent on mount carmel'. This is to get you started. You'll be fine
