I started a new job this week and I’m soooo tired all the time. I’m wondering if it’s because I was out of work for the last 3 months and got out of a routine.
I slept 12 hours last night and I’m still dragging. Everyday this week I take atleast a 30 min walk on my lunch break to try to give myself energy. I work from home so you would think since I’m not doing physical activity I would be this tired. I also use my therapy light every day. Any advice?
